What is IB Reconcilation?
How to Access the IB Reconciliation Feature in FYNXT IB Manager?
Filter IB Reconciliation Report
- To get started, from the main menu select Settings & IB Manager and Reconciliation.
- A detailed list of all your reports will appear and you may filter the list by Settlement Status (Pending, Unsettled, and Settled).
- You may filter by the Timeline (over a fixed period, Overall or a Custom Range).
- Filter Search by Fee Structure and/or the IB Name.
- Click on the check mark to create the filtered list.
Sorting Data
- All columns may be sorted either by alphabetical order or by numerical order by clicking the up and down arrows.
- All reports include columns for User ID, IB Name, Fee Structure Assigned, Settlement Mode, Settlement Account Number, including the account currency, Number of Trades (Actual, Failed, and Paid), Total Volume (Actual, Failed, and Paid), Rebate Amount, and Settlement Status.
Detailed Information on IBs and Rebates
- Under UserID you may click the "eye" icon to view the IB Details of the IB involved in each report. (more info on this page can be found in IB To get started, from the main menu select IB 360 View)
- Under Total Number of Trades, you may click on the red "eye" icon to view the Settlement Account Details of each trade and the Rebates paid.
Notes:
- Rebates will be calculated based on the settlement period (Daily / Weekly / Monthly).
- Our system will not check and calculate rebates for inactive fee structures. The same is highlighted in Fee Structure under the Fee Structure Assigned column.
- Further, rebates will not be calculated in the below-mentioned conditions:
- Missing Symbol in Fee Structure
- Missing Fee Structure
- Fee Structure Inactive state
- MT4/5 Server Connection Issue
- Group Mismatch
- Total#Trades shows the number of total trades made by both - direct and indirect clients of the respective IB. You can click on the eye for the detailed view and re-calculate the pending rebates.
